At Lotus Hatha Yoga, we are committed to providing our students with a positive and rewarding yoga experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for our yoga classes:
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a yoga class, we understand that circumstances may arise. To request a refund, please notify us at least 3 Days or 72 Hours before the scheduled class start time. You can do this by contacting us via email at lotushathayogastudio@gmail.com or by calling 6300917772.
fee of 10% will be levied If you cancel 3 Days or 72 Hours or more before the class start time, remaining fee you will receive refund.
If you cancel less than 3 days or 72 hours of the class, no refunds will be provided.
In the rare event that Lotus Hatha Yoga needs to cancel a yoga class, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. You will be eligible for a full refund of the class fee or the option to reschedule for another available class.
If you miss a scheduled class without prior notice and do not attend, refunds or credits will not be provided.
Monthly memberships and class packages are non-refundable. We encourage you to use these memberships and packages within the specified time frame.
If you need to reschedule / transfer your registration to another student or future class if you are unable to attend the class, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on class availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the original class time.
Refunds will be processed within 10 Business working days of receiving your refund request.
Refunds will be issued using the same source of payment.
